DAVID KABABIE KALIFE
Chairman of Eire Capital since 2021, with more than 30 years of experience in investment and management of real estate projects. He also has more than 40 years of expertise in the textile sector.
David Kababie has studies in Business Administration from Mexico’s Autonomous Technological Institute (ITAM).
FOUNDING PARTNER/CEO
ELÍAS CAMHAJI LISBONA
Founding partner and CEO of Eire Capital since 2019. Formerly, he was managing partner of ZKC, a real estate development company, where he carried out more than 150 transactions and created several investment portfolios; among them, a private real estate investment trust (FIBRA) that carried out a securitization of rents in the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), with a 20-year fixed interest rate. He also secured an investment in a real estate development portfolio in Mexico City from Mexico’s biggest private equity firm. Before joining ZKC, he worked at McKinsey & Company Mexico.
Mr. Camhaji holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from IPADE Business School in Mexico. He also completed the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School.

MARCOS ZAGA GALANTE
Founding partner and CFO of Eire Capital since 2019. He was previously CFO of ZKC, a real estate development company, where he carried out more than 50 real estate transactions and created two real estate investment portfolios. He led a rent securitization the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) with a 20-year fixed interest rate. He also led the process to secure an investment in a real estate development portfolio in Mexico City from Mexico’s biggest private equity firm.
Previously, he worked at Axan, participating in projects to create new financial intermediaries (more than 10 banks, 5 Retirement Fund Managers or AFORES, and a brokerage house) as well as several projects involving financial analysis, infrastructure, and investment banking. Before joining Axan, he worked at McKinsey & Company Mexico.
Marcos holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from Mexico’s Autonomous Technological Institute (ITAM), a diploma course in Corporate Counseling from the ITAM, and a Real Estate Investments & Markets program from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

JOSEPH KABABIE ATACH
Partner and COO of Eire Capital since 2021. He has over five years of experience in the real estate sector, mainly managing real estate development and repositioning projects, as well as stabilized assets. Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mexico’s Autonomous Technological Institute (ITAM) and is a CFA Level III Candidate.

JULIO HERNANDEZ MARTÍNEZ
He is Eire Capital’s Comptroller and has 16 years of experience in the field, occupying various positions in accounting and comptroller departments in several companies. He holds a degree in Public Accounting from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN).

ARTURO MORENO GONZÁLEZ
He has been a lawyer at Eire Capital since 2019. Before that, he worked in the legal department at ZKC, mainly drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents, being responsible for administrative and operational procedures with several authorities. He also worked at Ortiz Linares Abogados in the real estate department.
